Hand off all of your hard work of planning to Vanity Affair Events, allowing us to run the show the day of your wedding, while you sit back and enjoy!

Vanity Affair Events Day Of Wedding Design and Coordination Plan includes the following services:
  • Preliminary phone consultation prior to booking – let's make sure we are the right fit!
  • Two one on one meetings with the Lead Coordinator
  • Vendor Recommendations as needed
  • Use of shared Google Drive to upload all contracts
  • Use of Vanity Affair Event's Timeline Template for importing all day of details
  • Wedding Day Timeline provided to all vendors and wedding party two weeks prior to wedding
  • One ceremony and reception site visit
  • Execution of 1 hour rehearsal the day before the wedding
  • Ceremony coordination; to include processional, run of show and exit
  • Ceremony accessory and stationery set-up (programs, photos, signage, etc.)
  • Primary contact to all vendors and wedding party on the day of the wedding
  • Wedding day on-site design and accessory setup (guest-book, place cards, signage, etc.) Vanity Affair Events is not responsible for break down of items, unless specified and agreed upon in contract or falls within 8 hour booking
  • Assisting vendors, bridal party and guests as needed
  • Final payment and gratuity distribution to vendors
  • Dealing with any unforeseen day of challenges/issues
  • Up to eight hours on-site with your coordination team allowing you to enjoy every aspect of your wedding day (Lead Coordinator + Associate)
  • Day Of Wedding Plan with Vanity Affair Events is $2,495 in Portland, OR & $2,995 for Palm Springs, CA
  • Customized Website Design and Creation can be added to package for an additional $150
