Vanity Affair Events loves elopements and categorizes these romantic events as a quickly fashioned wedding, planned in under 3 months time and taking place in a couples home town or at a destination location, with up to 25 guests in attendance.

Vanity Affair Events Elopement Plan includes the following services:
  • Up to 3 client meetings
  • Kelsey + Associate throughout entire planning process and on-site day of the elopement for up to 6 hours
  • Invitation Suite: RSVP + tracking, menu, table numbers, name cards, ceremony program
  • Elopement Design and Implementation: including bride and groom styling, floral styling, invitation design, wedding design and configuration, table design, ceremony design
  • Budget creation and tracking
  • Client access to full web based planning portfolio using Vanity Affair's exclusive planning software
  • Floor plan and reception layout of venue space(s)
  • Contracting of all Vendors: including meetings and communication on behalf of client, as well as vendor payment schedules. Vendors include:

    Entertainment and Advanced Lighting (DJ/Live Band)
    Hair & Makeup
    Photo Booth
  • Ceremony and reception site visits
  • Execution of rehearsal
  • Elopement day coordination of all vendors
  • Creation of elopement day timeline
  • Elopement day timeline provided to all vendors
  • Customized Website Design and Creation can be added to package for an additional $150
